I founded KP Quality Solutions to change that narrative. Meet the Founder: Krishna Patel

Krishna Patel is the Founder and Principal Consultant of KP Quality Solutions, bringing over eight years of specialized experience across the life sciences value chain. Recognizing the industry's need for pragmatic, sustainable quality strategies, Krishna established the firm to deliver end-to-end QMS design, rigorous FDA inspection readiness, and complex technical remediation. With hands-on subject matter expertise spanning 21 CFR regulations, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and global quality standards, Krishna is dedicated to building systems that are both compliant and operationally efficient.

Prior to founding the firm, Krishna held pivotal quality engineering and consulting leadership roles at top-tier organizations, including FTI Consulting, Johnson & Johnson, and Dexcom. This extensive background includes serving as a primary advisor to senior life sciences stakeholders, managing high-impact remediation for CAPA backlogs, and leading global cross-functional teams in post-market surveillance and complaint handling. Krishna also has a proven track record of driving digital quality innovation, having successfully spearheaded eQMS transitions and validation initiatives across platforms like Veeva, TrackWise, and ETQ Reliance.

Krishna holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from L.M. College of Pharmacy in Gujarat, India. Bolstered by a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Krishna bridges the gap between scientific rigor and strategic business execution. By leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Krishna consistently helps organizations reduce nonconformance rates, optimize system performance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
